Serenity Falls Mini Golf to Bring Tropical Fun to Palm Coast's Town Center

Exciting developments are underway in Palm Coast's Town Center with the upcoming addition of Serenity Falls Mini Golf, an 18-hole course poised to become a local favorite.

 

Situated on a two-acre parcel at 1208 Central Avenue, directly across from Epic Theatres, this project represents a significant $1 million investment in the community.

 

Designed with a tropical, park-like ambiance, Serenity Falls will feature lush landscaping, sparkling waterfalls, and Key West-inspired architecture, creating an inviting atmosphere for all ages.

 

The facility will include a 30-by-20-foot pavilion, ideal for hosting birthday parties, graduations, and other celebrations.

 

Additionally, a concessions area will offer snacks, beer, and wine, enhancing the overall experience for visitors.

 

Accessibility and sustainability are key components of the design.

 

The course will be ADA-compliant and utilize reclaimed water for its scenic ponds, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility.

 

Construction is slated to begin in early 2026, with Miniature Golf Solutions, a leader in the industry, overseeing the project.

 

Once completed, operating hours are expected to be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

 

Vice Mayor Theresa Pontieri expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating, "This is exactly the kind of project we've envisioned for Town Center. It's something for all generations to enjoy and an example of how local entrepreneurship and thoughtful planning are coming together to bring our community's vision to life."

 

Serenity Falls Mini Golf is anticipated to not only provide a new recreational option but also to stimulate economic growth by attracting visitors and encouraging further investment in the Town Center area.
