  • 30-Year-Old Hammock Dunes Home Fetches $3.3 Million
  • Plans for Olympic-Sized Pool at Palm Coast YMCA Gaining Traction with City Council Support.

A recently renovated 30-year-old home in Hammock Dunes has sold for $3.3 million, highlighting the lasting desirability of this exclusive coastal area.

Krista Libby of Coastal Gateway managed the sale of the 6 Cordoba Court property, which features sweeping ocean, golf course, and lake views from nearly three-quarters of an acre.

The four-bedroom, five-bath residence spans 5,212 square feet and showcases major updates, including a $1 million investment in the pool and landscaping plus a full interior remodel.

Libby emphasized that limited availability and premium renovations drive high prices in The Hammock, especially for properties near the beach.

Developments like the upcoming Ritz-Carlton Residences are also raising the area’s profile and attracting affluent buyers.

With a $213 million year-to-date sales volume, Coastal Gateway continues to shape the local luxury market.
